Ruinart, official Champagne of Frieze Art Fair combines its commitment to contemporary art and gastronomy through a special collaboration with 108 Garage. Executive Chef, Chris Denney, has created an unexpected eight-course menu entitled ‘Reveal the (In)Visible’ inspired by the eponymous exhibition of commissioned camouflage artworks by world-renowned Chinese contemporary artist Liu Bolin and perfectly pairing with Ruinart Champagnes. The menu will be available during the run up to and beyond Frieze Week from 21 September until 20 October.
